Judicial Complaints

If you suspect that a New Jersey judge has engaged in unlawful and/or unethical conduct, you may file a complaint with the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct (ACJC).

You may want to start your research with the New Jersey Code of Judicial Conduct by which all NJ judges must abide.

Once you have decided which Canon(s) was violated, you can complete a Judicial Complaint Form and follow the instructions about how to file a complaint about a judge with the ACJC.
